Randy O. Crosby grew up on Blackshear, Pierce County, Georgia. He is married to Nina Crosby and has two daughters, Brandi and Tatum. Randy has been involved in the building profession since high school. He founded and operated a truss manufacturing business until he sold it in 1992. Randy owns ROC Enterprises, Inc., which is a residential, commercial and agricultural construction company. Currently, his company builds in Bulloch, Effingham, Glynn, Pierce and Ware county. He has built and sold approximately 300 dwellings in the Effingham area.
Randy has extensive experience in land development, lot sales, hotel and banking, construction and sale of single dwelling homes and also commercial construction. Currently, he is working on three subdivisions in the Effingham area, two in Statesboro, one in Waycross and Blackshear, Randy has now seen a great opportunity to develop a subdivision in McIntosh County - Tranquility on the South Newport.
Randy Crosby has been building for almost 25 years now. Randy came from very humble circumstances and has accomplished many obstacles throughout his life. He was recognized in 1990 for his outstanding achievements by the Small Business Administration.
